Budget system $500?

So I got $500, this has to include wiring expenses, box, 2 12 inch subs and an amp

What do you think I can get for that, $500 is my limit

What I found so far that I think should pound is:

Rockford Fosgate P2-2X12 (11P2-2X12) 2 12 inch wired to 1 ohm load in a box already

Is this good or should I switch the fosgates to a alpine type-S 500W RMS in a $50 sealed box..

If you have any other suggestions for this build, all combinations welcome, just want something that will pound hard in my Cadillac. Two 12's is a must.

Doesnt seem like its a bad setup for 500$. Can you build your own box? What music do you listen too. I doubt you'll be happy with the sound of that box

I would recommend buying what you need to get running. But also buy a design from someone and build a ported box or have someone build you a box. You can get so much better sound and output from a well designed box instead of a prefab

you can do so much with 500 but it all depends on want and what its going into whats the car or truck and what type of space are you looking to use because some stuff uses alot of space and some uses little space.
