budget sq sub

my friend wants a sq sub. budget is 260 for sub and amp. 3.4 cubic feet to work with. he listened to my other friends setup, tc1k in 2^3 ft @ 32hz with 450w. "i like how clean it sounds, thats what im looking for..."

so... any ideas?

my buddy has a pair of 12" cvr's in his ram and they sound **** nice for lower priced subs...

you could probably get an audiobahn a8000t and an AA arsenal for that price. i heard this setup before and the SQ was amazing. doesnt play the super low notes real loud but it plays very tight and accurate.
