So I take it those RSd subs aren't too shabby?

My amp pushes 400 x 2 @ 2-ohms, think it will have the balls to push two RSd's?

no idea how they are. they handle 500w rms, so you might be underpowering them. I don't know how under or overrated they are. Looks like one of us will have a set soon and then we can get som real info

I don't think they're 500rms (rsd that is). PG's website says 50-500. i take it that 500 means max. I tested a 10" with 300rms and it reached full excursion, but that was with a 1.25 cubed ported box. it didnt' sound too bad. i'd still prefer an ID10.

Everywhere that sells, including Crutchfield, them lists them as 500w RMS. Seeing as Crutchfield is authorized by PG, I would assume that the specs they have are correct. They list a "Power Range" of 50-500w RMS. See for yourself.

ive read that the rsd are underrated and can take alomost double their rms daily. on soundbuggy.com there is a lot of rsd talk. i wouldnt push two with 400 watts, but one would do. i think ill just get one and order from cds. Now the enclosure issue. maybe youll be seeing another thread soon

wtf are you talking about? He specifically says that his amp puts out 400w x 2 @ 2ohms. That should be enough to push 2 Dual-4s reasonably well

200 watts each? theyre rated at 500 rms and can take way more daily. im speaking from specs not ecperience so im not sure.

the specs that kis posted are 400w x 2. That means 400w per channel, 100w shy of rms specs
