Not True, I have a ported box built by a friend woth two audio technix stratos and a audiopipe mini apsm down to .5ohms and doing 144 in a single cab truck

Like I said. Crap. Being loud and that's not doesn't mean it sounds good or it will last. Telling people to buy those amps is dumb without also saying you might need some electrical upgrades to keep it making any kind of power

Seriously those 8 on an apsm 1500 would be a great started system.

well the man said he had a budget. And for those amps and whichever sub he decides to go with im sure will be fine. Is mine loud? Yes. Very loud somedays it can be when I crank it up, has it gone into protection mode? Nope, does it get Hot nope, how long have I been using it a little over a year. First on jl's now on audiotechnix subs. So I dissagree with you.
