Budget build Qs

Looking to do a cheap build in my 96 Honda CRV, Right now I have 2 Sundown SA 10s on a BRZ 1200 and hit 140.2 on the meter, thats just not cutting it for me. I just bought 2 Audiopipe 2k clones and really want to run some power to 3-4 subs. Maybe a wall? my budget is about 500, I was looking Soundqubed has new HDS series? 4 HDS200 10s-15s? Box building is not a problem, just determining which would be loudest and best budget woofers to put in is my issue. I just want to hear some input and opinions. 145+ is my goal but yet still have it be a daily pounder. I know thats tough. Electrical is not an issue either, 100A alt with big 3 and HC2400 in front. My questions;

Best budget woofer?

Wall or no? (Space is not too limited.) Max specs add up to about 10 cu ft if i were to do a wall.

You electrical is only good for 2k. It wont be enough for 4k.

1 hdc3 18 and sell the audiopipe amps and hifonics and buy a sq2200d amp and you will still be with in your budget and be close to that 45 with the right enclosure

Definitely can't support those power hungry ap clones with that electrical. Two obsidian audio 18s would come to about 425-450. Oas are pretty beast and in my opinion can't be beat for the price.
