budget 4 channel vs higher end, is there a sound difference?

Ive heard stangs but not jeffs new setup, we need a little socal meet, althugh this saturday there is a sql show at angel stadium

Was thinking about entering it, but haven't had the time to mess with stuff. Temporarily running german made mb quart tweets, they def need some EQ that I've not got around to yet. I may still go.
