I'm still gonna look around at some 12's but if I don't see anything better in my budget I'll get back to you on the type r.. in the mean time, glws. I have 4 12" Pioneer Champion Pro's but they reach thermal limit on just over 1000 rms right now and they are tuned to 35hz... kind of ***** when the cone gets hot to the touch and you smell them burnin up
