Budget 10" sub suggestion

I may just get my front components/amp installed and wait until the nine.1 comes out to do the sub. I didn't realize until after I posted that it wasn't being sold yet. But I do like the idea of having extra power in case I want to upgrade in the future.

And I have basically ordered the same box that's in that link except it's just for one sub

 
you have to match the subs voice coils to the amp. if your amp puts out it's most power at 2 ohms, then you'd need a dual 4 ohm sub, or a single 2 ohm sub. look at rockford fosgates wiring wizard on their website to see examples of how voice coils wire together, and the ohms that comes from it.
