Sundown ZV5 12 in a 4th Order Bandpass. Basically this is a full front to back center console box for a big, big pickup truck. Massive vehicle.

What would be the easiest method to cut these angle cuts that are over 45?

You should be able to cut them with a table saw or angled saw at the degree, I always have been able to, maybe some won't be able to. Lmk if you can't do that.

I’m going to try and get the cuts done tomorrow. It’s raining yet again so we will see.

That is an extremely long port. Why so long?
It's low tuned and pretty decent port area. XFL's can move some air, they don't have the highest xmax, but they have decent throw. The port is also flared, so the port looks a little bit longer than it actually is. It's overall what was decided on after discussing the goals and overall system.

2 Sundown Nightshades ported, firing forward in a trunk, tuned low by request, aim for SPL at a certain low range, perfect subs to do this with. The face of this box will be sort of "shelled" in below the rear deck, sealed off from the trunk on an 8kw rated amp:

That is a very interesting box
Oh man it took me forever. I really hope it works well. The rear port is removable and changeable. The rear port runs through the back seat to trunk hole and then goes up through the rear deck. We're completely sealing the trunk off in this small car, so the box will only pressurize the cabin, not the trunk. The air flow on this box should be pretty good, and he can change the port length and area to basically get whatever performance he wants. He could even turn this box into a 6th order in the future, if he wanted to.

I've heard him called a chomo multiple times? Does he actually have allegations?
People on here throw it around like it's funny to call somebody that. If there was that much proof or if any girls would've come forward then he would be in jail. Now, let's let Buck get back to designing boxes. Enough of the bullshitt! Especially on this thread.
