I never even brought up Sundown at any point, but thanks for the thread jack on something I don't need to know anything about
even so, after rise you will probably be getting full potential out of the copper coils with that setup, especially off music. i see it as a good setup.anyhow, i dont have a 1500D and at no point did I ever bring it up, but thanks
The setup will be a RF T40001BD (not a sundown SAZ-1500) on a 250A alt with 2 HC2400.
thats exaclty where my post came from...the 14v thread. Here Ignore just read this...

who cares. the thread eventually gets back in line sooner or later. all the info you asked for can be found by searching anyways.I never even brought up Sundown at any point, but thanks for the thread jack on something I don't need to know anything about
so like 42hz should be safe and still get low?Yeh 40hz is really good for me on lows....i could prolly go a lil bit higher and still have the lows be insane
Who knows....build like a test box....sealed maybe and see where urs peaks at....if its around mine than maybe soso like 42hz should be safe and still get low?

just to 8^3ft @ XXhz. i really cant tell you what tuning to use, because 40hz works for some (ie skip01) and not for others (ie me). different setups will react differently in different cars.[/QUOTE]

By the time I got the amps and batteries in the back, there is not much room for groceries //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.

I know enough about these amps I have had them and enjoyed them but its completly off topic to what I was asking and it really wasnt going back on task until I said something, also I have searched and read about them both but I wanted to know more specifically about my application and certain install. Thanks for your guys help, for the people who did help.who cares. the thread eventually gets back in line sooner or later. all the info you asked for can be found by searching anyways.
you're not gonna gain anything by tuning 1hz lower (assuming your last box really was tuned to 36hz).My old box was tuned to 36ish maybe a lil higher the lows weren't quite what I wanted new box will be tuned to 35 hz. Honestly I wouldn't go over 38 myself, but it is all personal opinion.
the only difference about your application is the 4runner...why not make a thread asking about what kind of tunings work great in that particular vehicle instead of another hdc thread?I know enough about these amps I have had them and enjoyed them but its completly off topic to what I was asking and it really wasnt going back on task until I said something, also I have searched and read about them both but I wanted to know more specifically about my application and certain install. Thank you for your opinion but assuming money wasnt an issue (between these two subs) I already have a BTL dual 1 15" so I can either get one more or get two AQs when they get more made.I really can not say I am a fan of either. Audioque definitely gets my value vote. So I would probably go that route. I apologize if this is out of text I just read the first page.
