Shoots bra, I use to live in Waipahu and I know the kind. Try replacing the Cap with one of the same specs, if it doesn't work and you don't mind spending some $$$ to get it fixed then sent it to db-r(sales@db-r.com). Now only try to replace the Cap if your good at soldering, because you could damage something else buy applying to much heat on the circuit board. Even though in my line of work soldering is required I still **** at removing components from circuit boards. Good luck and send me some chocolate covered macadam?? nuts.
