i would wait to hear from them problems to arise from time to time where it be a new worker,box dropped motor shifted,faulty part.

Yes, they test every driver before it leaves, and 3 out of thousands upon thousands is nothing to make a big deal about.

Sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like that. I haven't talked to them directly as they haven't emailed me back, so I'm not sure if they'll make me pay the shipping. That's how it usually works though, sadly. The admin on the Fi forum just told me to box it up and send it back.

Have you heard anything back from FI, yet? Scott emailed the other day saying, "Its hard to tell what is happening in that video. Often at lower volumes outside of a vehicle people things that the air moving through the cooling channels is a problem, when in fact it is simply just the cooling system at work." I don't know, but that noise sure is loud though. I might send my Q to PSI to recone, but if not then I'll just sell it locally and get a Xcon.
