I would recommend a larger net volume and port area to begin with. The kicker manual specs for their recommended compact design is 40.625in^2 of port area with 3.0ft^3 net volume. Your port area isn't too far off with 39.375in^2, but whether it's before or after port and driver displacement, the box will still be too small. 3.0ft^3 + displacements with 40.625in^2 port area tuned at 32Hz should sound good, I just hope that will still fit in your truck well.

yea i wanted to go bigger but im trying to just take up one part of my back seat instead of half of it.. still need some room for my crap. i know its smalll but i can always make another one.

If you can give me two dimensions that you absolutely cannot exceed, I can give ya designs for a box with the specs I listed earlier -- as long as the third dimension is not outrageous ya know.
