Box specs/price HELP

I want to have a sealed box made for two 8" Polk Momo's. I have three questions:

1. The Rec. Sealed Box Dims are: 0.35 - 0.35 cu. ft. How do I determine the actual dimensions of the box in inches based on this information???

2. What is a fair price for a custum audio shop to charge for building this sealed box???

3. Any recommended 8" 4ohm subs that are better for SQ and around $100 each than the Polk Momo's? I'll be running 320 X 2 rms to them.
