Choose your ports in a way they are the port diameter away from any wall of the box. If possible.

You can't choke the port off inside the box, it needs plenty of space

around the inlet, more than the port with away from any interior wall.

Its an "irregular" shape(the box). Which size port to use and how many could be some concerns.
