box size, cannot understand specs

going to make boxes for AMD60Q

specs here.

it says total volume - 0.75 ft^3

min volume - .15

max - .25

i cannot understand what is correct one. maybe first one(.75) for ported box, and

(.15-.25) for sealed box? am i right?

port tuned to 38 Hz, but i going to use this speakers as midbass, 30-500 Hz

and use separate 12" sub

that box will be better in my situation? ported or sealed?

if sealed, what volume better? .15 . 20 or .25?

maybe stupid question: can i change port frequency by only changing port size from 2*6.5 to 4*6.5 :-() .... I need 80Hz.
