Box plans for 2 12" Type Rs...

Hey guys. I have some box dimensions for 2 12" Type Rs. I have come up with this for my dimensions...

48W x 14"D x 19"H

Those dimensions are including 3/4 mdf. But i need some help with the design of the box itself. Like where the port should be (left of subs, right of subs, in the middle) and the port size. I need to know as much as possible with constructing the port. Im looking for like a 32-34HZ tune. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated guys! Thanks!

Just follow those exact measurements and place them as they are shown. The green one can't be seen because of the width of the box but it is the board all the way on the left coming down off the black board.
