you need more port area....around 40 sq in. only at 12.56 sq in per port...need ~16 sq in of port area per cubic foot.

not the length....length depends on tune....but you need more port area....area of a circle= pi(r^2)....3.14(4)=12.56 sq inches of port area

box needs to be rebuilt....do one common chamber @4-5 cubes with ~80 sq in of port area.....tune it to your liking and it will work just fine...but you getting into problems with that box.

bullpucky ported can use poly fill but not for this application it would make his box seem bigger and worsen his to big'o box problem. If you do not feel like rebuilding the box and it is to big just make a little box or use some boards to take up airspace. It is your box you do what you want with it. I would keep playing around and then after you use what you have to find the airspace and tuning you want then build 1 perfect box just right for your car.

It may be ok to take up some airspace and then add another port to increase port area or switch to 6 inch longer ports, the ports will also help eat up some of that extra space. If you need to put an elbow on the 6 inch to curve it look for long sweep DWV fittings. It would be easy to common chamber it with a few giant holes in the divider but I like separate chamber myself in case 1 moofer dies it does not hurt the other one.
