I read you were getting higher current draw lower then your peak.There's alot left in there I think.I would say at least 1.2db in just the box alone:)

 
154.6 so far with the two 3500Ds vs. 154.3 with two 3000s.

(For those behind on my testing... I blew my original subs that were up to 155.6 dB and dropped in different subs with a higher DCR which did 154.3 dB)

I am up ~10% in power at 48 Hz vs. the 3000s @ 1.5 ohms actual and I gained 10% output (0.3 dB) so that is right on track!

On lower impedance the 3500s will leave the 3000s behind as they continue to climb in power output.

Indeed... my actual box tuning is 37 Hz based on my current output measurements and my vehicle actually peaks at 53 Hz... so the current SPL peak at 48 Hz is just where they overlap well. I'm not really taking advantage of the box or the vehicle peak... just sitting in between the two.
