box making process - pictures!!

ok so i finalized everything and went with moe lesters plan

my cutting ended up being kinda sloppy (i'm guessing) and now my port is only going to be ending up about 1.8 inches instead of being 2 inches. its going to be like that all the way through the port as i measured... (both the vertical and horizontal part of the port). my question is, will there be any huge difference? and if so, should i cut some of the wood to make the port bigger? or should i just leave it at that and it'll be just tuned... lower, right? alright... well on with the pics.

the big bottle is silicone II.. the smaller tube i bought for enclosing the sub to the box, and the port so i can paint it. silicone II isnt paintable but the stuff i got for that is. i think its called max 5000 or something. got that at orchard and the silicone II my dad had

alright well im putting on the ports so ill post more pics when i get em on... i think the port is gonna end up smaller than i want >.

Don't use polyurethane caulk on boxes. Silicone window/door sealant is better (once it dries that is).
