box is coming apart

i been running the setup thats currently in my sig for well over a year, so it has seen alot of use. today when i was listening to it all of the sudden my subs sounded very weird. i went in the back with them playing still to see what was going on and the whole box was like flexing sorta and air was pouring out of all the seems //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif now this is not my first box, i built plenty...used glue, screwed it down, predrilled holes, caulked it, let it sit...everything went okay. granted all the boxes i built weren't for very big systems, but no one has had problems except mine today. i'm going to build a new box this time, but need to do something different. maybe a better glue? bracing? any ideas?

Resin the new one, you'll never have that problem

Did you use wood glue? Wood glue will form a chemical bond with the wood, which is much stronger than some other type of glue.
