Box Help!!

So i have a box made for four twelves 8.1@32hz...I should of braced the hell out of the box in the building stages but i didn't stupid me.. I did brace right in the center top to bottom. My slot port is only one piece of wood instead of a L shape. I have alot of screws glue etc in the port piece but i can see it move a little especially the end of the port.. I can hear the distortion from the vibrating wood. It is not resonating right. Any input on how to stabalize this port..

remove the subs.. get some 2" dowls or 2x2's and put bracing in.

2x2 is what i used to go from the top to bottom. Im guessing i would go left to right. How would i get a screw in the 2x2 on the port side since a drill wont fit through the port

Wood Glue, Cut the 2x2 1/16 to 1/8" longer than called for lots of wood glue on that side.

screw the middle crossing section to the brace you have in now. then screw the other in from the outside of the box.

Or you can get real crazy and do 1/4" all thread I don't think the All thread running through the port will make much of a diff. but someone else needs to comment on that one.
