I have 6 10" MTX thunder 6000 subs that need to go in a 98 mustang gt.

They are in 2 boxes right now (3 across), but the boxs wont fit in the mustang.

Do you know of anywhere that has box designs I could look at, or has a custom box that could get me deminsions? Thnx alot!

This is likely going to be a custom project. Have you considered placing your current enclosures in a wall behind your front seat? This method of install is very effective, allthough- space consuming; yet it is very much worth it if you are willing to go this route.
