BOX HELP low bass sq box

want a ported box for a 15 want it to hit low. I see people tuning boxes at 28hz. Thats seems low. Is output loud in bottom octave? i want the low extended bass to be loud,good SQ. RE says 4 cuft for SE15 tuned to 35hz. Would if i did 2.5 tuned to 28hz? would i get the response i want?

28Hz tuning normally comes with very good SQ, and very good response with low tones.

if you build a small very low tuned box you won't get much low end.

you can only tune very low (effeciantly) in a large box.
