Box help for 2 12" type R's

I have 2 12 type R's and need a box for them yet. Im thinking about building something similar to the Ground Shaker SQP212 12" Dual Slot Ported Box. What would you recommend otherwise? thanks for any help.

i did 4 cubes at 32hz for my pair.

Alpine rates their subs pretty conservatively. The 1.7 cubes recommended is to save the mechanical limits from being pushed and the 500RMS rating is so even an idiot can clip the hell out of them and not kill it. Generally speaking, 2 cubes each at anywhere between 32-38Hz and some more power than rated and they will get crazy loud. My recommendation only stands if you know how to properly dial in the gains on your amp and set your subsonic filter at a safe level.
