In the back of my ford fivehundred....it is a company car so I can only do so much. It is taking the place of this box.

instead of fleece I had some extra box carpet and it worked like a charm, soaked up the resin and stretched perfectly. I will start putting the fiberglass over it tomorrow and then put a coat of resin on the rest of the box and start sanding and then painting etc. It is a lot of work to go beyond the regular box.

parts express do have those grills. You can also get them at your local circuit city. should be cheaper at CC.

Looks good so far, but that bracing looks like its more of a waste of space than it is helping.

Those pieces actually are bigger than they look in those pics but I could have done more. I just wanted to have a little extra support.
