Box for two Kicker CVR12s

This is just a box I built for someone in the area, the idea was to use a router to cut holes.. but I bought a cheap one and didn't know how to use it so I just stuck to jig. Not the prettiest of holes. If anyone could suggest me a cheap and affective circular saw ( with which blade ) and router. Also I heard bits for routers doing cutouts do not last very long is this true?

Box is 4.0 cubic feet after sub displacement tuned @ 35 hz

Its funny because the first system I had was this, in similar sized box, no baffle. They rocked quite nicely.
