Box for two hds215's

So, I bought two hds215's, and the recommended is 9 cubes. I'm looking for loud and low. My Honda has a trunk with 31d" 33w" and a height of 17". I'm also wanting to port the box through my ski pass, which is 7 1/2" by 12" but I can cut it out to be a little bigger if needed.

I have 9 cubes, which is almost my whole trunk. Maybe the trunk will become the box itself with sound deadener?

I can use my whole trunk, but there are strange curves in the contour of the trunk that are hard to measure. I went and re measured carefully and edited the measurements, I have 10.06 cubes.

I know I'll probably need to put the subs at a slant to fit them in there. no you need to make a box.

you may have to build it inside the truck.

and use fiberglass and wood to make it.

you need to go with 1 as you may not have enough room for both.

Year and model. I have a 98 accord. I can squeeze 8 cu out of anything bigger requires excess work to build out of wood

Anything over 4 has to be built inside the trunk. Not saying it can't be done just saying its not going to be easy in a accord.

I'm confused here, the tape fit through at 17" height easily and 31" length into the trunk no problem, it actually is a lot wider at the trunks entry. My measurements will fit.

If no one tells me what to build, or Cscstang doesen't reply it's going to be a 4th order probably.

When you actually build the box and try to shove it in, you'll know what we are talking about. Get a makeshift carboard cutout, outlining the box and try to put it in and see what happens.

Apologies if I didn't reply to you man. Pm me again and I'll do what i can to help. Do what Jeff said and mock up a cardboard box, but keep in mind that cardboard has some give, wood doesn't.
