i know its a T-line just dont know the expression in english for the tunnel/port what ever u call it...every tline design i saw b4 didnt have 'irregularities' in teh tunnel area

Haha, my bad for not seeing that you're from Croatia. Here is the definition for taper:

That should make things a little more clear. Transmission line enclosures will often have a tapered or expanding line to help control upper order harmonics and standing waves in the higher frequencies. This will have an effect on output but will clean up the sound some. I don't really see a need for a sub t-line but it's not really going to hurt it. It's pretty standard when doing full range drivers though.

since you did the 45s i dont see why you didnt sand the edges of the port ends

What im using it for it really wouldnt make a difference. I still have to hit all the edges with the router.

This is true. I am one of those guys that just has to mess around with designs even if it isn't practical lol.

I'm still not sure about the T-line there. I'll take your word for it, but it appears to have quite a large compression chamber, which defeats the purpose of a T-line in the first place //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. Could I see a printout or modeling/graph of the design?

Then you haven't seen too many. It is quite a common practice in home audio to either taper up to the same area of driver or taper down to the same area.
