i want to build a box for my single oa 18 just wanna no wat kinda box ideas any 1 else would have and wat it should be tuned to for daily use / shows every now and then

Daily 6-6.5 @ 30 hz.

ty sir and is there really a big difference if i aero ported it vs slot ported out the back middlish area of box sub on top facing roof ?

You'd probably want rear. You can do 2 6" aeros, that will sound very nice but they will be longer than the stock length.
