Box for a IDMAX D4

My buddy just bought an 12" IDMAX D4.

Who has expereince building nice boxes for this sub? How much would it cost?

North Texas is where he lives and it will be going in an H2 so size isn't that much of a consern. If you could make it fit in the very rear that would be best.

Ported Or Sealed is the next question. I have heard it both ways and if the box is properly made it should be fine. It will be powered by an Alpine 1000watt amp.
