box for 9912g questions

ok, well i recieved an AMAZING offer yesterday for a 9512g, and now i need suggestions on box size/tuning.

im wanting to tune it to around 34-36hz, but is that too low for the sub? im more then likely going to be running it off of a kx/zx 2500.1....

also, i really dont like DD's forum, thats why im not asking there.

I would look at something maybe 2-2.5 tuned to 40 hz. With 30~50 square inches of port...or if you want to go the aero port rout, a single 12" or dual 4" would work

how much SQ will i lose tuning that high though? i know its what DD suggests, but is it really that necissary? im by no means looking for great SQ, but id also like to be able to listen to music without worrying about the sub bottoming out...
