Really? I was always under the impression that L5/7s perform best in vented boxes. I have no way of telling how by the parameters of the woofer, since i have no prior knowledge in that area...
Care to provide a link on how to tell whether a woofer likes vented/sealed/IB etc? Im very interested in learning....Maybe I just **** at searching hehe....

In the world of car audio mountaineer man, 90% of people are noobs considering everybody has their own opinions and the way they like things done. I've done several installs locally and have built a couple boxes, and to me, with a higher understanding of how things work, that's all I need to know. You better get one HELL of an electrical... Those amps pull a LOT of current buddy.

Personally, I would say that was a bad choice for a daily vehicle.

Ehh, I'll see what I can do. I'm going to be running it off an iraggi alternator (either 165a idle/240max or 170a idle/220max), big 3 0 gauge, my kinetik HC800 I have in the back and possibly another HC800 or larger. Yellow Top will still be under the hood.

I think you would still have a good amount of output, more than enough for daily at least, and it would sound great.
