What box for my 15" L7?

Alright I'm debating between 2 boxes now, I found a tcab box on here that is 4cu/ft and tuned to 32hz, and has 3 4" aero ports..now the problem is its used, and shipping is expensive, then my friend told me he could build me one/or I could go with James Bang and not have to deal with shipping charges, however for the price I could get a brand new built for me from James I could get the used tcab shipped.. what do you all think?

id say build your own but if that is not an option go with which ever one is cheaper.
