Box for 2000 hyundai accent hatch

I have a 2000 Hyundai Accent Hatch and and in need of building a box.

I was running 1 12" RU (Robot Underground dual 2 with neo motor 3000w rms) sub with a Crunch 3000pro-d and hit 143.1 at 1 ohm on a termpro meter

Box is 2.75cf and tuned at 33Hz

I just added a 2nd sub and has a 3cf box and only hit a 142.3 at .5ohm.

I have enough power, just wondering if I should do 5 - 5.5 cf box???

Does anyone have experience with a 2 12" sub box for this car??

If so any help will be appreciated!

MY dImensions are

36" W x 24" D x 15.5" H

Make the box bigger, 36"w x 20"d x 15"h double baffle the top, subs facing up centered and port out the back, center slot or 6" aeroport, tune to 35hz and go up several db. Tune to about 48hz if SPL is your primary goal and you should be able to get good numbers out of it.

Is this the 5-door hatch? I know someone with one who did mid 153's with a single HDC15, I could ask him what he was peaking at if you'd like.

This is the 3 door Hatch.

3-door more than likely peaks higher, but I believe he was burping in the 57-58hz range.

Ryan do you recommend Aero or Slot port?

I never did Aero and it kinda scares me..Actually dont even know where to get them at...

any ideas?

Aeroports supposed get you better numbers, but I prefer to do slot ports myself.

Iv got the audiopulse revos which are basically the same as those from what iv heard and the loudest iv had them was 147.8 on the tl in a 4 cube box downfiring subs down port down Tuned to 40hz i dont remember what frequency I burped at but yours would be diff anyways.
