wanting to get 2 of the AQ/SQ SDC2.5 12's......wondering what size ported box i need and what tuning they like. Anyone know?

going to be powered by a vfl-4480 mini amp here soon, but for now a hifonics zrx.2000.1

if that helps any. also listen to mainly rap and some electronic for beats.

was thinking 4 cubes net tuned around 34-35 hertz?

I'd say you're about right with 4 cubes. And I'd tune it around 30 or so, I like the low lows... Hit up pro-rabbit. He has a lot of experience with these subs.

4-4.5 is what I've done with them. Tuned 35-38Hz depending upon music choice...
