ive gots a box ive designed for 2 hdc315 subs, the box will be 48 deep, 15.75 tall and 32 wide, have a port 4.5 in tall and 30.5 in wide, and go 16 in deep, giving it a tuning of around 37, and a port area of 137 sq in. box volume after all displacements is around 9 cubes, what do you guys think would this be an optimal box for two audioque 15's ????????

you doing subs on which end of the box...the deep the tall or the wide...

subs on top the box, and the port will be across the bottom out the back

PM DJL, or mlstrass. DJL being the owner of the company the sub came from, and mlstrass is a good guy that makes boxes locally. He's built enough boxes for AQ subs to help you out.

I would do port down the middle of the box, pointing to the hatch

max in can go is 48 deep 15 high and 32 wide, yea i could go port down the middle of the box would that be better then port across the bottom towards the hatch

2000wrms each, ive not pmed yet, but i will

or i could go with a 9 inch wide and 13.5 inch tall port out the middle of the back of the box, with a port area of 121 and 38 hz tuning

or if i go with 4 6in aero ports, it would give me a tuning of 36 hz with 113 sq in of port area, and 9.31 cubic feet after displacement

8.5cubes @ 38Hz for daily with the power you have. Do port down the middle if you can as that adds bracing. Double baffle up top and strap bracing on the internal walls...
