Box failure, it wont fit in my car

Someone asked if he ever had a sub in the trunk before and he said yes a 12" sub

16 in is to tall i think that 14in is about as high as you can go in a civic

I saw that but how deep is it and how man cu ft?

Its 27.5 inches deep not 100% on the cu feet but I know its tuned to 33 hz

Mine is sub back port back in my 95 honda civic and its very close to 16 tall.

Thats probably my best bet I think I could go at least 15 inches high though maybe even 16 if its not to deep

Back seat it ur best option in my opinion, like i said my box is 16 tall and it fits in my civic, only had to cut some bracing because its 30 wide. But our trunks may be alot different.

That sucks, Like i said mine is 16 tall and it fits in mine but like i also said trunk maybe very different.

did you take the back seats out of the car? not just fold them down?

Seriously, if you can cut some of the bracing behind the seats and have the seats still attach your golden.

Sawzall will do this with ease, think about how much time your gonna spend on a new box, then think about how easy it is to pull the back seats and cut the metal lip off a Little higher?

Otherwise try to find some one local to buy that box from you so its not a tottal loss and get to building somethign new..

The problem is the latch for the rear seats comes down to far and I cant cut that off otherwise I would
