i disagree in this case.

shoulda made the face 1.5" wider and your first port boards .75 shorter, woulda cleaned it up a bit..

Other than that it doesn't look to bad.

you didnt have to watch the vid, its just easier to show the fit with a video

thanks, Ill do it next time, 1st slot box build on my own. Imma do a smooth piece as a double baffle and have it extend over the edges and contour cut it to fit my trunk. give it a more flush look

Thanks. yea $22 on MDF sorta made me sad .Yea it was my 1st time using real power tools lol had to bust out the skill saw and Jig.. .. Hope the Xterra gets fixed.
