Hello, I own a 1994 Chevy Beretta. I own 2 MA Audio XL 12s and right now i have a sealed .88 cu ft box for 2 12s. Im looking to go bigger. In fact, way bigger. Im looking for dimentions for possibly 2.7 cu ft ported box, tuned at around 30hz. I would just make 2 of them. If anyone could configure a box like this for me, or know of some websites that have alot of great box building dimentions, that would be EXCELENT!! Im lookin to get some slam, around 145db possibly. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Can always look into it and try to figure out Theil Small Parameter's (porting dimension calculations...trust me you dun wanna see that formula LOL) or try out some of the specs from manufacturer or eatel. By the way......unless ur building the box to take a wall right behind ur driver seat don't expect 145.....try out 135 as a goal so you can be more enthralled if you hit more!

Well, I own an Autotek MX-1300, ill be pushing around 650x2 @ 2 ohms @ 12v. I realize my small sealed box wont give me the bass I crave. Trunk space isnt really a factor in here and I used to have 2 boxes that were 2.7 cu ft each tuned at 31.75 hz and I loved them. I want to be hitting a 145 or better...but back seat must remain intact.

Honestly......145 is a very difficult goal for any beginner.....especially one with low power....and LOTS of air space to have to try and move......especially when the majority of the movement is inside of the trunk and not the cab of the vehicle......Why did you get rid of the box you had before? and why not try building one with similar specs if you liked it that much more than what you have?

Im not a beginner, I have been in car audio for about 4 years. I know alot about it, and I plan on getting certified in the future. Its just box building (from scratch) isnt my specialty. I also dont want to spend 150+ dollars on a custom built box when i can go buy the materials and do it myself.
