box design quesiton

i'm going to build a sealed box for two type-r's and i plan on giving each sub 1.3 cu/ft.

my question is, do i take in consideration the driver displacement (which is .071) or do i just go ahead and build 1.3 cu/ft (which will be about 1.229 with the driver).

You subtract the driver displacement from the box. So if you want 1.3ft^3 each, it would have to be 1.37ft^3 each.

You will not notice much of a difference between 1.229 and 1.3ft^3.
