box design help

I don't quite know what your talking about with placement but here is an option.

8 cu/ft @ 33hz w/ 90 sq/in of port..

blackbonnie **** that looks good.....will it sound good that design, and if you increase the port are, will it dramatically change the tuning......

im not sure what your talkign about, but i dont want any confusion, im not the one who designed the box if thats what yoru saying. rpfuror did. in no way will i take credit for it. great box though, i say try and go with that design. but yeah, i didnt design the box if that is what you are thinking.

The port is ~20 inches to give you 33.5 Hz... also, you shouldn't need much more port area... just make sure to give the port @ least 6" clearance for major obstructions and you'll be ok.

as far as adding to the port area, it will defiantly change the tuning and net volume the subs see.
