Box design and build -DC/MD/VA

Is there anyone around the DC, MD, VA area that can design, build, and carpet a simple box for me? I need it built for a single 12" Type-R, tuned to ~32-33hz, and carpeted. My max dimensions are as follows:

Width: 39"

Height: 16"

Depth: 15"

OR does anyone have someone in mind near this area that will do a good job? I wouldn't mind getting a design from one person and having another person build it. But, I won't overpay for a simple box like this.
