Box complication

Well im on the verge of doing my new setup, and I just need some thoughts on the box design. Im wanting to purchase 2 ed190v.2s, but the only way they will fit in my trunk is if I face the subs upwards, and fire the port to the rear of the car. Does anyone think that I will loose tremendous output by doing so. Here is what im talking about. Look on page 2 at bamaboys setup. The only difference is my setup would be in the trunk of a car. Should I scrap this idea completely and just run 15s, or do you think this will work out.
