BOX BUILDERS! How do you ship?

I just called kinkos and they said they don't have a cardboard box big enough to ship my box in... How do you guys generally ship them? I see this happening with most big boxes. Also how do you package it?? or do you just throw it in a cardboard box and call it a day?? Bubble wrap em??

cut boxes to make 'panels' and tape them together?

don't forget to reinforce the inside when you ship a large box.

Before I started shipping stuff at work I would grab huge cardboard boxes and cut them to fit. You can rap it foam or something but if you use a few layers of cardboard it should be fine.

Just called them after hearing your guys suggestions.. he said it can't just be cerran wrapped, and I can't make a box myself, it has to be a sturdy box because it may fall apart during shipping, and for insurance reasons.. blah blah blah blah SUCKS!!
