Box Build

I plan on building my first box this weekend. I am aiming for around 2CuFt at 32Hz. These are the dimensions I came up with...

(All internal dimensions)

Height=13

Width=23.5

Depth=16.5

The port is 2.5 inches wide and 13 inches high. The length of the first part is 14 and the second is 12.5.

I plan on building it this weekend and I just wanted to be sure I have the dimensions and tuning correct.

wood is 3/4 in right?

Is it is 13" high that gives you 11" 1/2" surface area.. The sub will probably need like a 11.2" whole or something, but the screws will be cutting it really close...

Thanks. It is my first build, but my dad has a table saw which I have read helps alot.

Circular saws work great to. Just make yourself a guide.

No. That is just so you can see the port from that angle.

How major is the difference between 34 and 32?

I went and bought the 3/4 MDF today. I want to at least start my build tomorrow.
