Box build

I'm assuming those are typos and you mean 12.6" width, not 12 feet 6 inches.

And the last measurement.. 12"... deep?

If you use 3/4" wood your internal volume will be .74 cubic feet (gross, once you add in port displacement and stuff, it's gonna be less. I seriously doubt you have enough room for a ported box if that's all the space you can use for a box.

ok I guess I will go sealed I can do more depth but I still whant atleast half of my trunks space

that is the biggest thing i build boxes for a guy and he make then bigger then they need to be so you can't fit them in a car
sorry but that confused me a bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

You built a box for a guy but he made it to big and couldent it in his car? is that what you said

With that small of a car, and limited space, why not a pair of 8s sealed or a single 10 ported? Should still have a nice knock to it and would be able to fit and be just as loud as that 12 L5.

I already bought the sub and I am planning on sticking with it I was just wondering what the cubes would be //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I think what everyone means by "will it fit into the trunk" is will you actually be able to slide it into the trunk, if you build it to the max dimensions your trunk can fit, you may not be able to slide it in on account of it being too tall or deep.. cardboard mock ups are you friend.

Just something to consider.

Edit: Unless you're planning on assembling it in the trunk
