Box Build -- white Kerfed port

oh, man, that looks real clean. beautiful, really. i always like black and white, and other high contrasts. verry classy, especially if the sub shows some metal

Thanks guys!

by the way, is that calculation a calculator you use, or a calculation you came up with? sounds pretty valuable
It's a formula I came up with. Have tested it out on multiple enclosures and works perfect. Very useful indeed...

It looks good, but even with the formula I still dont see the point of not gluing it.

There isnt anything to glue or resin when all the kerfs are closed. Plus, it would be overkill to do it anyway when it doesn't need it. I been rockin' a kerfed port in my car that i built a couple years ago. Still the same.

Could you give us your formula for kerfed ports?

Looks good!

Did you paint the port with the box assembled? If so how do you not get any runs?

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
