The Enclosure:

49" wide, 17" deep, 14.5" tall

4.5 cubes after displacement, 65 sq. inches of port, tuned at 34 Hz.

I was running the 12" Power HX2's in a sealed enclosure at 1.0 cubes per driver after displacement in a down firing enclosure underneath the rear seats of the Tundra. It sounded like crap. I got fed up, and built a proper enclosure. I wanted to keep the use of the rear seats, but oh well, I'll just have to remove the box when bringing more than 1 passenger.

The subs are running off of a single Memphis Mojo MC-2000d amplifier. I love that thing.

The cuts:

Bottom, back, and sides done:

Double baffle: I threw some weight on it while the glue sets. In case anybody is wondering, it's a crankshaft from a Yamaha SRX snowmobile.

45's added at the back:

Pained up the port, and the top of the box:

Painted up the inside of the box, and installed the port.........it took forever for the silicone to try so I could paint it......

Top is installed, holes are cut, jigsaw style:

All sealed up:

Covered up and installed in the Tundra:

I wanted to be able to remove the enclosure so I could bring passengers, so it's just sitting on the seat.

depressed u didnt pull the seats out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif but good box man looks solid.

Fatmatt on the entire rear of the truck and floor up to the front seats. I have not yet done the doors, or the roof 'cause I ran out, and haven't bothered to get any more yet.

I built an amp rack for behind the rear seats:

how do you like the fatmat? i know its asphalt based so im skeptical but $130 for 100in^2 aint bad. let me know man!
The fatmat is ok for the price. I had some dynamat extreme before, and it was quite a bit better.

Man, I wanted to, but I need to keep them.
booo! haha glad i dont use mine in my weak *** ranger lol! must be nice to have doors to get back there thou!

i no i need some REALLY bad had dynamat and it was peeling off

I was running a set of MB Quart Premium 6.5" comps up front, and 5.25" Premium comps in the rear, but I wasn't crazy about them, so I sold them and shipped them out today. I actually threw the factory speakers back in today. They are possibly the worst speakers every built, and it makes me laugh 'cause you can't even hear them when you turn it up. It's pretty sad.

I ordered some new speakers on Saturday, but won't be in until next week:

Phoenix Gold RSD 6.5" component set for the front doors

Phoenix Gold RSD 5.25" component set for the rear doors

Phoenix Gold RSD 3.5" coaxials for the dash

Here's the template I made for the rear doors. It was just a test fit in this picture, so they look crappy. They are now all painted up black.
