You sir are a surgeon with the saw. I always wanted to know where do you get the glass from? How thick is it? Also if it holds well during play?

The glass is 3/4 inch. He will have to let ya know where he gets it from. I will let ya know if it has any flex once i install this box.

Yea its 3/4". Get it from a local plastic supplier. Its stout stuff. On a window this size, Im not worried about any sort of flex.

You should carpet over the edge of the inside bottom mounting surface behind the window next time. The edges are always so hard to paint black and they don't match the other black.
